“We used Booking.com many times on our recent trip and have learnt the following : -the hotels do not like booking.com but grudgingly accept the bookings, obviously because of the fees they pay you- on the other hand we would not have found the hotel without a hotel search app -at every hotel we were given inferior rooms, even though we booked a better type room. we were told that's all that was available. -the end price was often more than you showed on your site eg "lake view" - was side facing, have to lean out window to see the lake or "comfort suite" which also faced side at the furthest end of the hotel -we were told to use your site and then contact the hotel directly to get a better price We will certainly do this infuture”
