“Very nice hotel close to the airport, super nice soft bed with huge pillows, super clean everywhere, nice atmosphere with live music 🎵 outside and a small mall with Starbucks and kfc. Very nice breakfast with everything you could possibly want, we will stay there again when we are in transit in Jakarta airport”
“Absolutely awful stay. I stayed here in 2015 and it was brilliant but it has gone drastically downhill. I hated every second of my stay. Dirty room, mosquitos, rude and unhelpful staff and the bed was just horrible. I am in pain with my neck from those awful pillows. Thank god it was only for one night when we was in transit because I would have checked out after one night! We spent 3 weeks travelling over Bali, lombok, Bandung and Jakarta and only after staying at the this hotel did we get bitten. We are covered in mosquito bites and have over 40 between us.... after one night!! Avoid this hotel!!! Good location- credit where credit is due.”

“Location, is connected to the shopping mall. Even though the mall is not fully occupied. Shuttle is provided with no extra charge. The room is clean. Staff is very nice and accommodating.”
“Brilliant hotel ... just what we needed for a 1 night stay before heading for another flight again the next day. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed the staff were brilliant and helped us with our needs I.e taxis and airport shuttle. They even let us leave our bags there for free whilst we travelled to Borneo for a couple of days and we just come back and picked them up with no aggro what so ever. ”
