“Worst memory.book 2 room and 1 room nit ready though we check in at 4pm. Given a leaking room with a pail in the middle of room upon entrance.change room to the 20th flr worst tiolet seat spoil/water heater not working and a loosen glass table top which is dangerous especially when we hv very young kids. We have to madedo to shower in the other room as the kids were too tired. Housekeeper did not turn up the next morning when we were out to repair all the items. Disappointed that all not done and even our rooms were not madeup at 4pm when we return. Complain again to the hotel manager and she apologize and get it done when we were out for dinner abd offer to change room and provide free breadfast. We are very disappointed with such service by the hotel especially when we hv inform un advance to ensure room are clean as we have baby. Will not come back to stay in this hotel again.”
