“I got room free upgrade by Eres reception at deluxe room . But when check in ,little bit wait without offering the welcome drink by front desk.. when I ask while i got the room key , that the room at superior (it's upgrade to superior instead of deluxe room) . I am wondering, as I know , level of room is start from superior. But that's okey . When i came to the room (the new building in front of the lobby and near the lift) , i found the liquid shampoo which those been expired .. I think the room attendant must be more details about it . But overall i love all the completed tools in the room and in the bathroom,😉 I love to sleep at this bed,faster internet and interior of room .sometimes i'll be back .”
