“After being stranded in Bali, the Swiss Belinn Surabaya Airport offered everything we needed to have a restful and enjoyable stopover. Everybody from reception to restaurant and housekeeping was extremely friendly, nothing was too much. The rooms are very confortable and clean with fantastic beds. Tea/coffee facility is available and the Internet was excellent. When we left, the duty manager organised the free airport shuttle outside the regular hours. The restaurant offers a delicious and varied lunch buffet and the breakfast was just as tasty and plentiful. I would not hesitate one minute to stay again at this property and can warmly recommend if you have to stay next to the airport. Well done and a big thank you to everyone!”
“Fantastic hotel just 10 mins minutes away from the airport. We were one of the those stranded in Bali due to the volcanic ash and had to take the terrible 20 hour bus from Bali to Surabaya. After such an extremely tiring journey, Swiss-Belinn was indeed a tranquil Oasis! We arriving early morning and had an afternoon flight and just needed to get some sleep before our flight. Super accommodating staff, clean and comfortable rooms, nice shower and breakfast. Absolute bargain for the money! Thank you Swiss-Belinn for a great (albeit short) stay! Wonderful hotel!”
