“This was an unplanned extra night after we couldn't board our flight home. We were stressed and angry, and the staff and hotel really helped us get over this. Staff were actually friendly and helpful (!), they organized a free shuttle for us, and our room was wonderful. We were able to buy drinks and snacks when we checked in, and the toothbrushes and heated towel rail in the bathroom were a nice extra touch. This is a hotel where they actually anticipate guests' needs. I would love to go back with more time and cycle or hike in the forest and enjoy the other side of Moscow. The only problems were not knowing what to do about breakfast (you have to go to the empty breakfast room and press a button for someone to come take your order), and the noise of trains going by.”

По дороге есть заблаговременные указатели, направляющие в место назначение. Красивое и эстетически приятное здание самого отеля. Очень порадовало наличие балкона. Отзывчивый и внимательный персонал. Прекрасная услуга - завтрак за 199 р. на человека, при этом приличный выбор блюд, все сытно и вкусно, сама трапеза проходит в прекрасном зале с камином, не слишком много места, но все аккуратно и красиво, нет нарочитости.. Место приятное, располагающее. Остались очень довольны.”
