“Really helpful staff although reception isn't always manned . A multitude of restaurant chains on the doorstep and Ten pin bowling , Bingo, Bannatyne's, Odeon cinema . We loved it !!”

“Stayed for two nights. Staff very helpful and accommodating, though the Receptionist shares their duties with working in the attached Restaurant. There is a call (summon !!!) button but it can take about 10-15 minutes for them to appear. Other than the Fish In Batter (see below) all our meals and deserts were excellent, and I mean excellent. We had a Disabled Room and it was also excellent, with a proper wet room shower. Also had USB sockets built-in to the main power sockets, including one immediately above the desk. A nice touch especially in a disabled room. It would have been nice though to have two chairs in the room not just one, especially as there were two adults staying there.”

“The room was very good very clean and very quiet the only complaint I have is that you have decided to charge for breakfast, let me remind you that there is a Premier Inn in the same complex,maybe you should re think. I do realise that they charge for breakfast,but you could be one step ahead.”

“Night Porter checked us in as we arrived after midnight. Clean comfy room. Good sized bathroom. Very welcome tea and coffee facilities. Went through to annexe for breakfast. Lovely dining area and very good choice at breakfast. Help yourself to juice, toast etc. Hot breakfast was cooked to order and was of excellent quality. Very attentive lady looked after us.”
