“Room cleaning staff were fast and efficient. Room was modern with good shower and bathroom facilities. Aircon worked well. Good location , close to restaurants and general shops. Office staff were polite and were able to note suggestions for improvement.”

The only thing letting this gem of a hotel down is that housekeeping staff need some education in how to clean a hotel room properly. “We used the hotel as a stopover after arriving in Sanur in the early afternoon and prior to our heading to the airport late that night. The hotel is spotlessly clean and quite modern. The room was a little small, but adequate for our needs. Definitely not a resort, but a good short stay hotel. In central Sanur where restaurants and shopping abound!”
