I am not sure what other reviewers expected for £20 per night, but I have stayed twice and travel all over the world, and think this is an awesome place. I choose Surintra Boutique Hotel every time I go to Thailand and had no hesitation in bringing my family. It has two pools, great rooms with balconies and ensuite, firm beds, new decor, superb aircon and internet, massages at a good price. The location is perfect: 1/2 an hour from the airport and a 5 minute walk to the glorious beach. There are some great restaurants, shops and bars within just a short walk. You could choose to pay £200 per night at the nearby Novotel, Chava or similar. Or pay £20 at Surintra. The rooms are clean, large and airy. They are cleaned every day. The staff are all friendly and helpful.”
