“The staff was friendly and helpful in getting us in from the cold and assisting with the luggage rack. They were happy to note we booked through Booking.com. Our room was clean and the queen beds were firm and comfortable. The pool was quiet and staff informed us that it was open at 10 am but if we wished they could open it earlier for us. In the morning, we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast of boiled egg and brown toast, a waffle and yoghurt with fresh banana. Coffee was delicious. Really appreciated the offer of help with our luggage as we were leaving. Was here once before in the summer and we will be back.”

“I really liked the young man at the front desk (a family member of the owner?). Furniture was being replaced throughout the building at the time we were there so it was a very busy time but this young man did absolutely everything he could do to make it easy for us. He very willingly offered and helped me move many bags and items around in the room so we could leave everything and go out without having to change rooms.”
