“Was looking forward to biscuits and gravy. The biscuits were fine, but the gravy was very bad. Even after several guests complained they did nothing to fix it. Seems like they are trying to run the place too cheaply. The a/c in the lobby is broken, so initial impressions are not good at all. The employees though were helpful and courteous. Except for one lady who seemed to be upper management was not very friendly nor attentive about her deficiencies in management skills.”
