“I missed this booking because of mechanical problems on the road. First time for me, so I called them and asked how to arrange payment no knowing how thing worked. Was told to contact booking. OK (didn't work, I'm traveling, 40+days...) Sent a note to the hotel the next day asking what to do and get back to me. Got a call from a very nice lady on my cell telling me that the room would be no charges my card, and waved the fees. Just to say: Thank you very much”
