“We wrote to the hotel earlier requesting for a ground floor unit as we have a lot of luggage. There was no reply. When we arrived, we were told that if we wanted a grd floor, we have to pay extra. The room was small and there was a hole in the bathroom door. The lady who checked us in did not know anything and kept asking us to check with the manager the next morning. But the bed is very nice and firm....and TV had a lot of channels”
