“The waterslides were fun, my gf and I managed to have the whole pool to ourselves for about an hour and a half, it was a good time! And when we were leaving a custodian came and cleaned up the pool floor, it was nice to see it being maintained. Beds were comfy, we enjoyed ourselves for the brief time we stayed. The room had a mini-fridge which was great, and ice was close by. Room was quiet even though we were by the elevator.”
“staff poorly trained the lock malfunctioned and i could not get into my room at 11 PM front desk girl did not offer me a replacement room, i had to demand a new room. she said the lock would be fixed in about a half hour , i told her not to wake me and i would get my things in the morning with all my stuff locked in the original room. she also did not offer a tooth brush or tooth paste . I went down to the front desk in the morning , and she then told me it would be fixed at 7 am. i waited until 7;30 am went back down and a new desk person was on shift , and knew nothing about the room lock issue , he promptly went up and was able to get the door open they lack training for their staff !!!!!”
