“My room was 103 right next to the breakfast kitchen, laundry and front desk. I needed sleep, had to work at midnight for 7 hour then I could return for the rest of my stay and sleep.. Staff did laundry all night.. Expected.. Hallways were noisy and all I heard was plates,forks and knives all morning aswell as more laundry... NO SLEEP.. WHY DID I EVEN GET A ROOM! The room smelt so musty and like old socks, it was hard to breath. This hotel should of never even rented it.. I asked for a quiet corner and explained why.. Didn't listen I guess.. Took what I was given and lived with it.. But wasn't going to be quiet on here. I did mention it all to front desk, but all I got was an apology..”

“The bed was SUPER comfy. For a budget hotel this was well worth the money. We only stopped for one night after finishing an Alaska Highway road trip and heading to Edmonton the next day. Have to say the highlight of our stay were the staff. Both reception staff, at check in and check out, were incredibly friendly, chatty and helpful. Really makes a difference to an experience, even a brief one. Special mention for the wifi. Best. Wifi. Ever. After 2 weeks in remote areas with little to no connectivity with the outside world, the SUPER fast and never lagging connection was a god send.”
