“Easy access to the pyramid shopping mall. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rudi a staff member was very helpful to us. Reception staff were very nice. Food was good. Everything was perfect. ”
“The proximity to Sunway Lagoon's main entrance is a great plus point. The swimming pool had salt water which was unique and also very quiet - we seemed to be the only ones using the pool. The pool is opened from 7am - 7pm during daylight hours only, which was sufficient for us. The staff who checked us in, Mr Arief, was very thorough and did inform us of this at the check-in. The gym was opened 24 hours, so that was a very big plus for me.”

“I arrived early morning around 9 am but the check in as usual 14:00pm but the front desk did their best to prepare the room by 12:00 noon i was given the room which is good help from front desk staff. The staff for breakfast were great in let you feel you are welcome.”
