“The staff was outstanding. They really took a personal interest in us and our trip. They took the time to chat and find out how we were doing and to exchange stories and information. It was a wonderful surprise that they didn't just hurry on to the next person or ask superficial questions just to be polite. Even when we checked out and there was a bit of misunderstanding with our bill, they went to the greatest effort to remedy the balance. We thought we had paid for a charge (which we did) but there was a slip-up in getting the payment recorded. The hotel was willing to take our word for it. We did eventually get it sorted, but they were completely apologetic and never made us feel like we were at fault or owed anything as soon as we mentioned that we had already paid. The whole experience couldn't have been friendlier or easier to stay there. Loved it.”
