“Arrived early but not a problem as room was ready for us. Hosts very welcoming and could not do enough for us. We booked an evening meal that was excellent. It is a 15 to 20 minutes walk into Perth and a slight incline, so may not be quite suitable for some people. Really enjoyed our stay there and would return if visiting Perth again. Read it was a hiden gem and totally agree.”

“I couldn't fault this excellent privately run hotel. Located 10 minutes from Perth centre with views over the city. Solid Victorian house, excellent decor, clean and warm. First class breakfast and evening meals. Such a contrast from the next hotel (part of a chain) I had to endure in Inverness. I thoroughly recommend Sunbank House and would certaily stay there again if I was in Perth.”
