“Arrived early but not a problem as room was ready for us. Hosts very welcoming and could not do enough for us. We booked an evening meal that was excellent. It is a 15 to 20 minutes walk into Perth and a slight incline, so may not be quite suitable for some people. Really enjoyed our stay there and would return if visiting Perth again. Read it was a hiden gem and totally agree.”
“Friendly, welcoming, clean & comfy, lovely grounds, great breakfast, easy walk in to town. We stay in Perth regularly, but first time here. We will be back.”
“Spacious room in the main hotel with good bathroom. Friendly staff once you have arrived. The food was very good and well presented. It was nice how you order dinner from the menu in the bar and then are taken through to the dining room when the meal is ready.”
“Breakfast was superb. All local produce. Room very clean and warm. Staff friendly and helpful.”
“I couldn't fault this excellent privately run hotel. Located 10 minutes from Perth centre with views over the city. Solid Victorian house, excellent decor, clean and warm. First class breakfast and evening meals. Such a contrast from the next hotel (part of a chain) I had to endure in Inverness. I thoroughly recommend Sunbank House and would certaily stay there again if I was in Perth.”
“Lovely place. Owner gave us a key to get in as we were going to be out late. Breakfast was perfect, staff were excellent and the twin room was immaculate.”
“Very comfortable room. Dinner was excellent, along with a good range of choices for breakfast, with items freshly cooked . Quiet location. We were made to feel very welcomed and the owner could not do enough for us.”
“Very helpful. Had delicious supper and very comfortable.”
“friendliness, cleanliness, comfort, good food, and great for dogs and walking nearby. lovely view over Perth at night. Easy to get to off the motorway.”
“The food was excellent, good, fresh ingredients beautifully cooked for dinner and breakfast. Excellent coffee as well. Very nice sitting room to have coffee with friends.”
