“Toaster at breakfast was slow, it took 5 rotations to make toast. Pool bar food was poor. 15 minute wait for a member of staff to make a sandwich. Accommodation was dirty. Kicked out at 12 noon with no where to wash while waiting for our pick up, when they gave me a room it was 90oc with no air conditioner. Hotel staff at reception were only interested in arrivals and not customers who were leaving. Won't be coming back and this was our 3rd summer here.”
