“A fantastic stay. Extremely friendly staff and welcoming. Great rooms got a courtesy call to the room within 5 minutes of arriving to see if everything was ok and if we needed anything else. Lovely breakfast. Would definitely recommend Sudbury house. As my husband said a great find one certainly we will revisit.”

“Friendly, welcoming staff who welcomed us with a warm cookie upon our arrival which we ate in our room with a cup of tea once we had checked in. The food in both the Brasserie (had breakfast and evening meal there) and Restaurant 56 (had the amazing experience of the 7 course dinner - a taste sensation and a feast for the eyes as well as each course was a work of art) was excellent - all freshly cooked and delicious. The hotel was spotlessly clean. On a warm sunny day it has a fabulous garden and outdoor seating area. Large car park - on a slope but there are a few spaces right outside the hotel for parking for anyone who isn't so firm on their feet. Bedroom and bathroom were extremely well appointed and very comfortable.”
“We could not fault a single thing from the minute we arrived it felt like we were their only guests they treated us with so much respect the staff were so helpful we had broken down 35 miles away and had to arrive by taxi very late we came down to breakfast to have. A list of higher rentals waiting for us they fussed my 3 year old granddaughter the whole stay. They were so enthusiastic. About or plans for the day and when the staff had changed shift the next ones new were we had been and asked how are day had been I can. Honestly say Ihave. Stayed in many 5 star hotels but never have I. Experienced such a lovely atmosphere we will defiantly be back”
