Really helpful, prompt on requests, room service was great, laundry service was quick and it was great being able to get one outfit a day ironed, took about 15 minutes and was really convenient. Beds were comfortable and clean and room was a good size. Breakfast was pretty good too except for the coffee, but that did not detract that much from it.”
