“Good accommodation with bedroom and public rooms finished to a very high standard. Our bathroom was superb! Unfortunately only bottled beers on offer in the bar. The hotel is very convenient just 3 mins from the M6. The hotel has worked hard to soundproof itself and you are assured of a peaceful sleep. The room was spotless and very high quality bedding. Large free car park. Very good and fast WiFi. Unfortunately only a very small amount of toiletries.... if we stayed again we would take a bottle of shampoo. Also checkout at 11.00am always nice to have an I rushed start to the day.”

“The food and drink was amazing! The staff were very friendly and super helpful, nothing was too much trouble at all! When arriving in the room I wanted a bath but all rooms expect the bridle suite had showers, I went to ask if it was available but it was booked out but the staff were very kind and showed me round all the available rooms to see if I’d prefer them to the one I had, some had bigger beds but I was happy with the room I had would of just preferred a bathroom with a bath but the shower was really powerful and the water nice and hot so I was happy. The hotel and restaurant was very clean and we loved the food! My husband enjoyed the amount of different real ale they had on offer and the breakfast was lovely, if you wanted something other than what was on the menu the chef was more than happy to make it for you. I would definitely stay again.”

“LOVELY LITTLE FIND. STAYED IN ALL THE DIFFERENT TYPES ON HOTELS IN PENRITH BUT THIS IS THE BEST. GREAT BEDS FABULOUS FOOD AND SO QUIET....FANTASTIC. WILL BE USING FROM NOW ON.”
