“Exceptionally helpful staff at reception. The wonderful 'café' (actually a restaurant) on the 3rd floor, with sweeping views of the Dvina and excellent local cuisine, is sadly due to close in October 2017 due to lack of custom.”

“The best location in Arkhangelsk! A beautiful room, very-well apointed with a very comfortable bed, the view to the Dvina river, promenade and high trees was stunning! Breakfast was basic but ok, with some cheese, meats, hot dishes but only 1 bread, not always replaced. The girls in the reception were excellent: friendly and helpfully, most of them spoke excellent english, a few used translator to communicate, which was a nice touch; I just have to thank them so much for help during my airline lost-luggage happening. I recommend this little hotel and hope to come back in the future.”

“Все хорошо. Все в рамках предлагаемой цены. Завтрак хороший: каша, котлеты, сосиски, гарнир, творог, яйца, творожная запеканка, блинчики, колбаса, сыр, хлопья, соки.”
“Чисто. Номера в отличном состоянии. Есть тапочки, банные принадлежности, фен, салфетки для обуви, чайник, чайный набор, холодильник, телевизор. Спальня отделена дверью от корридора, соответственно никакие запахи из туалета в комнату не попадают. В комнате достаточно тепло. Розетки удобно размещены. Есть место для вещей и чемодана.Часть номеров с видом на реку.Есть камера хранения для багажа.Дополнительно (за отдельную плату) предоставляют завтраки. Мы не заказывали - про качество ничего сказать не могу.Есть бесплатный WiFi. Сигнал хороший, скорость тоже. Рядом с гостиницей есть парковочные карманы.”
