“All the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable - they noticed that my husband had breathing problems and immediately relocated us to a lower floor for his comfort, without us even asking. The restaurant staff were amazing; professional but also friendly. Although this is clearly an extremely upmarket venue; they were not a bit pretentious and made us and the children really welcome. Little touches like chocolate fishes on the pillow for the kids and making their towels into turtles really thrilled them! The room was incredibly clean and comfortable.”
