“We were not sent information on after hours checkin despite emailing ahead to let them know we would arrive late. Place was locked and a pub patron told us to contact gaming staff who was rude to us. Property only had stair access which was not stated, no wardrobes, smelled bad, no screens or locks on the windows, after hours access by back fires airs into a very dark car park off a bottle shop and was scary. We booked for 6 nights and only stayed 1.”
