“The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to the entertainment areas on the island. The room and the view-WOW! The breakfast was wonderful and absolutely delicious. The reception staff and the house keeping staff-always with a smile and good will. GILDA is a wonderful woman with a high service awareness and a very wide heart. Helped us to plan and organize all the activities we wanted to do, and give us helpful advice. I alerted the hotel of my need for a certain diet before I arrived, and when I did it turned out that they stocked the kitchen with the proper materials for breskfast and also my room with suitable treats . In conclusion - the hotel was excellent, service awareness alongside attention to detail makes it a winning hotel.”

“The nicest staff ever! Gilda always went out of her way for us. She even noticed how we missed breakfast the first day and made it a point to remind us not to miss it. She suggested things to do as well. Her colleague, Peneadiles was soo nice as well. Booked us a dinner reservation at his favourite restaurant. Then checked in with us to see how we liked it. The staff was genuinely interested in making your stay comfortable and worry free. The breakfast was delicious with gluten free options! Our room was soo pretty and spacious with a large balcony. There were always a local beverage and cookies left in our room as well.”
