“Great location near nice restaurants and not too far from the main train station. Very friendly staff. The rooms are clean and have a 'business' look. There are coffee and tea facilities on the rooms, which is always a good thing. The beds are really comfy.”

“Perfect location, close to shopping, dining, entertainment, public transportation and sightseeing. We've stayed in several hotels in Cologne over the last couple of years. This is by far the best location and a overall great value for money. Breakfast and housekeeping staff was very friendly and eager to treat the customers as welcomed guests. The General Manager, Mr. Mikkelsen is absolutely wonderful and made us feel welcome again. He handled the initial complaint we had during check-in very well and reacted in a calm and professional manner. If only for him, we would come back and enjoy the central location and the overall service. But please work on the attitude of the reception staff.”
