“ROOM IS A DECENT SIZE STAFF UPON CHECK - IN , THOUGH NEW AND UNCERTAIN OF SOME PROCEDURES, HAD AMPLE SUPPORT FROM A MANAGER WHO KEPT THINGS MOVING ALONG AND RUNNING SMOOTHLY.. STAFF IN GENERAL IS QUITE PLEASANT, COMPETENT AND HELPFUL. THE SELECTION AT BREAKFAST IS PRETTY DECENT, AND THE WIFI HERE IS QUITE GOOD.”

“The bed was really comfy. We had 4 girls sharing a room and it didnt feel uncomfortable. Lovely kitchen area with fridge. I dont drink coffee so more tea bags in room would be appreciated.”
“Friendly and polite staff. Near subway. Social evenings- people kept themselves to themselves but on the one night that we tried it, the food was good. Well-equipped room. Toiletries, towels and loo roll always replenished. Large fridge and ice-maker. Clean. Technician came immediately when we needed help.”
“Staff at reception were not very helpful. My whole booking was messed up either by booking.com or the hotel itself there was not enough rooms for my entire party. In full I had 5 rooms booked through this website bit the hotel had only 2 on their system so I ended up booking the hotel next door for the other 3 rooms and was delighted that this hotel was excellent in every way.”
