“Great hotel and staff. Very quiet. We had a small hiccup with the reservation but the booking.com staff and the hotel staff worked it out quickly. Our room was a great size for our family of 4.”

“Breakfast was reasonable, great service from the guys there. Bit cramped at peak hours but that's to be expected. Initial room had incredibly loud water pipes and air-conditioning. We were moved to a different room that didn't have the water pipe noises but sadly still had incredibly loud air-conditioning due to the units being in the bedroom for some reason. On the last night we had an incredibly loud family next to us so we were moved to the top floor where to my surprise they had a room where the air-conditioning was in only one of the bedrooms. Not sure why we weren't moved before but in the end they were very accommodating once Michelle started to deal with the problems. Michelle was great and helped us out whenever, even gave us a call at 10 PM to make sure it was all sorted properly! Girls at the front desk were helpful. Michelle was wonderful and sorted out all our problems. Thanks again!”
