Really sad that Ms. Collins is the face of your company. Thx to rest of the staff that made attempts to step in try to defuse the situation but her rude response continued. She not good for ur hotel especially when rest of ur staff work so hard for ur quest. Will not stay at your Linthicum location ever again”
