“The staff was very nice and friendly. The room was very nice with a beautiful bathroom and decor. The room was ever so slightly just a tad small, not anything major though. We had a king size bed so thats probably why it felt a bit small. The restaurant in the lobby had good food. The shuttle driver to the staten island ferry was nice and the shuttle was free which was really cool. The cleaning staff was very friendly. Nice clean hotel, in a good location and comfy.”

“Check in man just does his job-no more, no less. Room AC off in 88 degree day-but cooled quickly. No liquor license so no drink after a long drive--room very sparse, décor very underwhelming, bargain basement furnishings. Brown, orange and beige--asked to be NOT near elevator-we were 2 doors down, but it was actually quiet. Good hot shower-so ok on the average. Been in a lot worse.”
