“We were upgraded to a junior suite, it was very spacious, stylish and comfortable. This made up for being given a classic double instead of a superior double on our first night. We had booked and paid for the latter. The staff were very gracious and acknowledged our plight.. We were delighted to move into the lovely junior suite for the remainder of our stay.”

“The biggest issues due our staying: 1) we booked 2 x rooms for me with wife and to our friend. We arrivied to hotel at lunch time and check-in without problem, but our friend arrived to hotel around 23:30 and staff on reception has informed him that NO available rooms, hotel is complete booked and he is very regred to say this. After 30 min of scandal at reception desk the staff did indulgence and found-out an extra room in Hotel. Seems to be without scandal, my friend was staying in railway station tonight; 2) Due check-out we have paid by card 240Eur, but two days latter the hotels is charged us the second time 240Eur. After contacted with hotline of hotel by phone, the manager has explained as the first time hotel is pre-authorized 240EUR (not charged) and in second time after two days later the hotel is charged us exactly for staying 240Eur. At nowadays extra 240Eur (from first or second - doesn't matter ) not yet back to my account after 1 month.”
