“Extremely nice receptionist and close to the central train station / the inner city. Nice breakfast room on the forth floor with good view of the Konstanz roof tops and backyards.”

“The hotel has good location in terms of the old town but it's opposite to some factory so it's very noisy there. Staff wasn't as friendly as I would expect. In terms of price/quality it's low average.”

“At check in, all was good. There was a very friendly lady at the desk. The room wasn't ready yet so she offered to watch our bags. She put them behind the counter with her and actually brought them up to our room before we got back. The nice lady gave of maps of the city with free bus passes and told us all about the area. It helped that she spoke English as our German language skills are beginner level at best.”

“A very nice hotel 5 minutes walk from the railway station. Konstanz is relatively small, so you can easily reach all the sights in a couple of minutes. There are many shops and restaurants all around. I had a single room on the third floor, which was nice, clean and very quiet (courtyard view). The owner of the hotel speaks Czech (she is originally from Prague), which is - provided how important Konstanz is for the Czech history - a big asset. She gave me very useful recommendations on what/when to visit in Konstanz and in the region.”

“Breakfast was ok, but could have been better. Location is great, still a bit expensive for a 3 stars hotel with no air conditioner and no refrigerator in the room. Bathroom was big, also. The room was big, with plenty of windows and very neat. Location of the room was in a corner so it was very noisy even when we requested a quiet room. Staff was nice.”
