“Checking in process, dinner, bar service, breakfast variety and quality, check out process all excellent. The reception smells like a spa as soon as you walk in. The main building - lobby, spa, restaurant, and bar are excellent. Room included a hair-dryer, straighteners, and board games (the latter was a nice touch).”
“Lovely location, ideal for walkers, surfers, and to generally chill out. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast is cooked fresh and is most enjoyable. Pooland spa is OK. Hotel offers a pick up and collection to Rock and Polzeath. Overall an enjoyable stay.”
