“There was a group two bus loads of children (teens) that checked into hotel just before us....the staff handled them and us very efficiently. No extra waiting for check in and we barely noticed them even being in the hotel...You could see their buses and knew they were there.”
“My best friend and I shared a room at this hotel for two nights. We liked the modern/unique décor of this hotel. The overall look was much more pleasing and comfortable-feeling than many of the other hotels we looked at. The staff was super friendly! The lobby and main areas were well kept and clean. Our beds and pillows were fluffy and comfy. Big closet, and lots of mirrors in our room. The free breakfast and 24hr free coffee available in the lobby was a definite plus for us. Plenty of close, well-lit parking was available; getting to and from the car and our room was quick and easy. The hotel was easy to find and seemed to be located in a nice safe area, pretty close to a lot of restaurants and stores. Overall we were pleased with our experience at SpringHill Suites, and I'm sure it would be one of the first places we look into staying at the next time we make a trip to Tampa. :)”
