“Hotel was being renovated. Exceptional staff. The elevator was broken and we were on the 3rd floor had to carry all our luggage down 3 floors for a group of 5 people. I will say this the young lady working the night before and the morning of was fantastic. She helped carry items up and down for people while the elevator was out for those that needed help. The elevator broke the evening before and then rebroke early morning!”
