“I made some special requests for the hotel staff when booking the hotel, and to my surprise, even though some of them were a joke, they followed through with them word for word! And left a personalized note with it. I was pleasantly surprised. It shows that they have personality and that they really do care about the little things! The rooms were also very neat and clean. The staff was willing to bring up any towels or extra shampoo needed right away. Very pleased!”
