“Upon arrival, we tried to get two of those bikes on site that hotel provides on a complimentary basis, but none of those were usable (the tires were flat). When trying to find a better alternative, we faced a major miscommunication with some of the staff due to lack of professionalism. It actually disappoints given the fact that it was the first impression on day 1. The picnic area was pretty good, very relaxing - you can get a basket full of goodies from the self service kitchen area and enjoy the sun underneath the beautiful oak tree. Other than that, for me it is always about the first impression, because you never get a second.”

“The staff were friendly and helpful, but it took a very long time to get the bill for dinner the first night and we asked 3 times for coffee and tea the next morning. Also the juice glasses seemed to run out very quickly. There are plenty of staff around and the are quite knowledgeable about the amenities.”
