“We had a most wonderful stay at this unique beautifully restored Solar. It's out of the way in a rustic village. Perfect to explore the area around Serra da Estrela and enjoy relaxing days in the pool as well when it's warm. We plan to go back next year! The hosts are wonderful and helpful. They helped us with our plans to visit different sites and showed us a good way to do an all day drive around the Alto Douro region. Their breakfast is beautifully prepared and delicious everyday. This one of one of our best stays in our 2 week long trip around Portugal.”
