“The hot shower! The cleanliness. The size of the room. The breakfast. The interior was very nice with all the plants. The exterior. The location. I didn't need to use it & they had a portable heater.”
“We arrived in Ollantaytambo from Cusco by a Collective (Shared Minibus) which dropped us off in the town square, only problem was long walk 1/2 mile down hill to Hotel, however, if arriving by train 10 minute walk up hill from station, realised afterward should have got a Tuc Tuc (3 wheel bike/ taxi). Very new build hotel with great covered centre forecourt with all rooms off this area, two levels. Rooms very clean but little finishing touches, no pictures no wardrobes just shelves and hangers and no kettle. We did however have a very large comfortable bed, nice view out of room to mountains. Breakfast was in the building next door, chef cooks fresh omelettes, scrambled eggs to order.”
“It is a well kept hotel, clean and has nice surroundings.”
“Comfortable hotel, beautiful courtyard. Handy to town and train station. Great walks in the area.”
“The hotel is fairly new. It is located on the street (7 min walk) to the train station for Inca Rail or Peru Rail. It is less than 5 mins walk to the center of town (Plaza) and the same time to the Inca Ruins. Luis managed the desk when we were there and he was excellent in providing assistance. The breakfast in the morning (building next door) is great! Plenty of hot water, very comfortable bed. The area is also very quiet with a nice mountain view from most rooms.”
“Easy walk to Peru Rail station to Machu. Good beds, clean, and great view.”
“Allergy-friendly! No blankets or carpets, all brand-new. Beautiful garden and views, very quiet. Not a charateristic or cosy place to stay, if that's what you look for, but nice enough, with friendly staff, and all facilities needed to make you feel at home. We stayed here for 6 days to explore the sacred valley, which turned out to be an excellent choice after the crowds of Lima, Cusco and Machu Picchu.”
“Good location - short walk to catch train to Machu Picchu. Excellent breakfast - eggs cooked to perfection. Staff lovely and helpful. Very reasonable price for a new hotel, even with the few issues above.”
“Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location within walking distance of everything. Huge comfy bed.”
“The staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is new so facilities and room are sparkling. Rooms are big and warm enough with hot water. They allowed us to check in early before we took the train for Machu Pichu. The location between the train station and the town is ideal. Taxis and tuktuks can drop passengers off in front of the hotel eliminating the need to drag suitcases through cobbled streets. We were always late for breakfast but the staff still accommodated us - prepared scrambled eggs, coffee etc.”
