“The King's abode room is the best and only room in the property which is worth the money. It has a balcony and a fabulous view. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. The restaurant has an amazing view and their Thursday Jazz night jamming session is a must visit. The location is away from the north goa madness, but reasonably closeby so that one can ride there.”

“Small old style charming boutique hotel. Good well served breakfast right on the table. south Indian hot dishes for vegetarians and also veg or non veg continental eggs omlet etc in breakfast. Good deck to chill out. Good open area with decks for sun bathing. Green and open all around.Suite rooms are good with balcony on the second floor. Double rooms are kind of so so.Candolim beach is about 3 kilo metres. Easy 30 minute drive to Panjim city.”
