“A spectacular palace in the very heart of London, just steps away from the Trafalgar, Bukingham and Piccadilly. Absolutely gorgeous interiors, replete with contemporary art exhibits, on rotation. The staff is not just responsive and polite, but anticipatory of client's needs. The rooms (we changed two -- the first one lacked light for our particular needs, but was not dark by any means) were cozy, done in velvet and Art Deco furniture, with a French touch with toile wall dressing and contemporary art. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom amenities were Hermes. Just a lovely, cocooned, and pampered feeling. A Nespresso machine in every room was an added luxury. Just delightful!!”
