“Positive = the bed was clean and comfortable Negative = nobody explained the use of the card and the lift, their were little facilities re refreshments e.g. not even a biscuit. The furniture looked tired and a bit tatty especially for £126 a night. The reception employer was polite but a little grumpy. His only interest was to upgrade me at a £70 charge rather than explain the use of the electronic key. The room was stuffy and ignorer to get fresh air one needed to put a noisy air conditioner on. The shower was static and this prevented one from the benefits of a flexible hose. The bathroom accessories were for one person instead of having two sets for two people e.g. one bath hat, one small bar of soap for two people. The small towels were too small to dry ones hair.”
