Important Notice
- Upon arrival all guests must present a passport or Emirates I.D. card to be registered. Please note that only registered guests may access the guest floors. Any visitor to your room must also be registered at the front desk and provide appropriate identification as per U.A.E. law.<br><br>The hotel accepts all major credit cards. Any credit card used for either pre-payment or charges on-site must be in the name of the guest and the same card must be presented for verification upon check-in. If the guest staying is not the cardholder or if the credit card used cannot be produced at the time of check-in, the guest must provide alternate payment arrangements. Under no circumstances will the hotel honour any past (prepayments, deposits etc.) or future payments without the presentation of the credit card and the cardholder's authorization. The hotel reserves the right to reject the booking due to non-compliance of these requirements.<br><br>The hotel requires a guarantee for any charges that you may incur during your stay, including the mandatory AED 20 per room, per day Tourism Dirham Fee. A valid credit card in your name may be presented and we will pre-authorize an amount to cover your charges. Should your billing surpass this amount during your stay we will require an additional authorized amount. Only upon check-out will we actually debit and charge your credit card for the actual amount of your bill. After departure, any unused pre-authorized amount will be released by the hotel.<br><br>Should you prefer to leave a cash deposit to guarantee your charges, we are most happy to accept U.A.E. dirhams (AED) or major international currency. Please note that the value of international currency will be determined by the posted hotel exchange rate. Upon departure we will refund you any balance owing, however this refund will be only available in local currency (AED). Any guest room with a cash deposit will necessitate a physical check of the minibar prior to departure. Please allow yourself extra time for us to complete this verification before we can complete the check-out process.

Also close to Marina and hop on/hop off city sightseeing bus stop.”
