We were very pleased to be upgraded to the So VIP room having booked the So Lofty. The location is perfect! I would definitely recommend this hotel.”
“Great ambiance and friendly staffs. Everything we need was there and ready. The best part they tried to dig some info when we check in and the next thing we knew, we receive a complimentary birthday cake when we were out getting some drinks. Location was also great, just beside Lau Pa Sat. Parking was okay, you'd need to park in asia square or one shenton, cheapest I've searched in that area so far. Other than that, I'd love to come by for another staycation! Definitely value for me monies.”

I also liked how we were given complimentary mango juice in test tubes upon test tube, as well as complimentary food and drinks from the minibar.”
“Our stay here was perfect. The room was beautiful, the pool and bar are really cool and the staff really did everything they could to make our stay special. The breakfast buffet was the most delicious I have ever had. Litteraly everything you could think of was provided and of excellent quality. There was only one little hitch: we felt really awkward when one of the staff members at the reception pointed out weirdly that we "only" spent one night there. She didn't behave quit as professionally with us, probably because we look younger than most other hotel guests. But otherwise we had an amazing stay.”

“The staff were all very helpful even before i checked in.they assist me with the bags as they saw me struggling leading my partner who was blindfolded.Very detailed oriented on explaining the facilities of the hotel.They have attentive staff everywhere.We love the ipad mechanism which is being controlled within the fingertip.Even after we checked in,they did not fail to do a check on us.To sum up everything,i would definitely do a comeback.And yes...they were also prompt on replying my enquiries thru e-mail wen i needed anything from them.”
