“The staff was wonderful, responsive and welcoming. The rooms were clean and quiet. The housekeeping staff even dropped of extra towels when they learned we had two adults and two toddlers in a single king room (usually only get 1 spare towel for a 2 adult-occupant room). The breakfast was typical for continental; maybe a few less options than other hotels, but perfectly acceptable for finding something that the two kids would eat. The pool was small, but there was hardly anyone in there, so we had it all to ourselves. The first morning, after flushing the toilet, it drained very slowly. A call to the front desk had a man with a plunger in-hand there in just a few minutes. No issues with it the rest of our stay.”
