“The staff was exceptional! I was traveling alone with my 7 month old baby. The staff each morning during breakfast entertained the little one while I fixed my breakfast. The night manager brought the luggage trolley up to the floor so I wouldn't have to do it myself. The staff offered friendly conversation every time. They were so welcoming.”
