“'This property was open around 1998 and is in need of room upgrades and it is dated. My experience with Booking.com was a nightmare. The hotel never received notice of my reservation and the rate at the hotel was cheaper than what was charged with Booking.com After talking with them they said it was their third party system failure. Dont we love to blame it on the system/server. I will book direct next time.”

“Eggs are horrible. Breakfast employee very rude. Front desk and housekeeping were AWESOME! Also, think about allowing families to use dining facilities to eat dinner. We gather every year at this time in Winston Salem, NC. My sisters home is small. There were 31 of us. All would have stayed here but another hotel allowed us to use their breakfast area. We cleaned and sanitized it down and their front desk mgr stated it looked better than his staff cleaning.”
