“Comfortable nicely decorated room. Great location for sight seeing. Located on a beautiful canal. Friendly and helpful staff. There was an excellent photo book on old Konigsberg in the room and it was available for purchase. We enjoyed our stay in Kaliningrad (Konigsberg).”

“The hotel is located close to the main city attractions and on the very nice river walk. Across the street there is a big supermarket where you can buy anything and also a cafe that open at 8 a.m. and they can make you a strong espresso if you are on a jet lag. The restaurant inside the hotel looks very posh inside but the breakfast wasn't too special, it was good. The hotel front desk people are very friendly and the rooms are simple but clean and comfortable.”

“The staff is very friendly. Not everybody speaks English fluently, but they do their utmost to help. The interior decoration is wonderful (in every sense of the word): beautiful furniture, paintings and sculptures (both modern and antique) in every corner. The hotel is a few hundred metres from the cathedral. There's a couple of nice restaurants and a large supermarket in the vicinity. The railway station and bus station are a bit further away, but still in walking distance.”
