The staff were excellent as was breakfast. We think this is a wonderful location to view the canal and it is a great place to stay to visit the many other attractions of Venice, easy walking to San Marcos Basilica and Piazza, The Rialto Bridge and other places. The water taxi pulls up right at the hotel's own pier, while the water bus stop is only 20 meters away.”
